Albariño

Wine????

Redox has a sabbatical program, and as part of mine I spent some time in Galicia, Spain. Galicia is famous for the Rías Baixas region, and the incredible Albariño. I visited a few wineries, and attended the biggest albariño festival. When I saw this Wine expert albariño kit at Scotzin Brothers I had to indulge myself and make my first wine.

Brew Date: 03/18/23 Lots of weird things to do! Bentonite is added, and then it’s just dumping a sack of juice concentrate!
